Privacy Policy.

How Positive Turnkey collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Last updated · 11 July 2026

1. Who we are

This policy covers Positive Turnkey Group, ABN 36 643 250 471 (“Positive Turnkey”, “we”, “us”), which markets fixed-price house-and-land packages in Victoria, Australia. We take the protection of your personal information seriously and manage it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What we collect

We only collect personal information we reasonably need to respond to you and provide our services: We also collect basic usage data automatically — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type — through the analytics tools in section 8.

  • Identity and contact details — your name, email address and mobile number when you submit an enquiry;
  • Enquiry details — the homes, product lines, suburbs, budget or timing you tell us about;
  • Transaction details — if you proceed with a package, information required to prepare contracts (collected at that stage, with notice);
  • Technical data — standard website logs such as pages visited and device type, where analytics are enabled.

3. How we collect it

Directly from you — through the enquiry form on this site, by email, by phone or in person. We do not buy marketing lists. If you enquire through a third-party portal, we receive only what that portal passes on with your consent.

4. Why we collect it

We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, prepare documentation you request, and meet legal obligations. We will only send you marketing about new releases if you ask us to, and every message includes a working unsubscribe. We do not sell personal information.

5. Who we share it with

Only where needed to deliver what you’ve asked for: the registered builders, land developers and estate bodies involved in your package; our professional advisers (legal, accounting); and the IT providers that host our website and email. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta) under its own privacy terms; use the form, phone or email instead if you would rather not. We require service providers to protect your information. Two of them are overseas: Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) process website usage data on servers outside Australia, as described in section 8. Apart from those, we do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients in the ordinary course of business

6. Storage and security

Personal information is stored in access-controlled Australian-hosted systems. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and we destroy or de-identify information we no longer need.

7. Access and correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time by emailing enquiries@positiveturnkeygroup.com. We respond within 30 days and there is no charge for making a request.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site uses two analytics tools, both to understand how visitors use it — not to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) counts visits and records which pages and listings are viewed, and whether an enquiry was started. It sets cookies and processes data outside Australia. Google’s handling is described at policies.google.com/privacy; you can opt out entirely with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can see where the site is confusing. The enquiry form is masked, so what you type into it is not recorded. Microsoft’s handling is described at privacy.microsoft.com.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any content on this site, and we do not show a consent banner because nothing here depends on your accepting one.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at enquiries@positiveturnkeygroup.com — we will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be published on this page.
