We build for two kinds of owners. For home buyers, our Standard line delivers a genuinely finished home — walk in and live. For investors, our Co-Living, Dual Living and Rooming House lines are purpose-built for income, designed to Victorian rooming-house legislation where it applies, with rental guarantees available on qualifying homes.
Every build is delivered by registered builders under a fixed-price major domestic building contract, covered by domestic building insurance and a 10-year structural guarantee, and designed to the 7-star NCC 2022 energy standard.
